There was a drive maintenance scheduled today after 8.00PM PST, however since we are still in process of taking a backup of existing accounts, we may need some more time to generate the entire backup.

Hence, we have rescheduled the hardware maintenance on your VPS node on Saturday 12th/11/08 9:00pm onwards.

The maintenance window will involve following:

1) Replacing bad drives on the server
2) Configuring new drives with RAID10
3) Reloading the server with Centos 4.6 - 64 bit
4) Installing Virtuozzo panel
5) Recreating the vps's and assigning them the IP's
6) Restoring the vps data for individual vps.

Hence, the maintenance window will need minimum of 8 - 12 hours after 9.00am PST (Saturday 12th of Nov).

We will try to get this done as early as possible, but the minimum downtime that we suspect in this case may extend from 8 - 12 hours or so.

With todays additional time frame, we suggest you to take a backup of your data on your local machine end for safety purpose, however we will be generating a backup of all vps accounts at our end.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused in the process.
Thanks..

The VPS restore for the vps is completed and all the VPS's are back online resolving from their respective IP's.

We thank everyone for being patient and allowing us to do the hdd maintenance and restore for the main vps node.

To login to your vps server as root, you will need to contact us at https://www.infrenion.com/support/ so that we can reset the root password for you.

Thanks,.
