Hello,
One of our VPS server is facing licensing issue and hence the vps are not accessible at the moment.
We have contacted Parallels.com and waiting for them to get this issue fixed. Please be assured that we are working on the highest priority to get this fixed asap.
Something to note here, there wont be any kind of dataloss involved and we will update this thread once the vps server is back.
